The absolutely quiet location in the village. We were there for over 12 days only. This is what relaxation should look like. Nevertheless, beach, Krk or the ferry to Cres were very quickly accessible.

Die Villa ist wirklich sehr schön und modern, der Pool ist fantastisch und wir hatten großen Spaß beim Wasserball spielen. Das Haus steht in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, man ist aber trotzdem nicht weit vom Meer oder Krk Stadt entfernt. Auch gibt es einen kleinen Laden im Dorf, 5 min vom Haus entfernt. Filip war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Danke Filip

Great vacation home. The mini sauna and hot tub connected to the rest of the house are ideal for relaxing, overlooking the outdoor pool. The house is quietly located and there is a delivery restaurant nearby.

The house is simply beautiful. Lots of room (enough for 8 people in three double bedrooms - one en-suite - and the living room + one additional full bathroom, one guest toilet and a shower with toilet in the spa center). There is a good and friendly restaurant 10 minutes away on foot. The entire island is easily accessible by car. The setting is really beautiful with high-quality furnishings. The host was extremely friendly and (since the house was not receiving any new guests on the day of our departure) let us check out a lot later. Even left a bottle of bubbly as a welcome gift.
We were there at the end of October so the pool was a bit chilly for my liking (some of my friends still actually used it and then ran into the private sauna to warm up), but it is a stunning pool and must be a dream on a hot summer day.

Very friendly and nice host. At the beginning Filip explained everything necessary about the house and was always available for questions. The house is very nice, everything new, clean and equipped with everything necessary. Comfortable beds, nice pool, whirlpool and sauna. It was a great stay.

The best place/villa we ever been in Croatia, realy nice villa with spa and pool. The place is so idyllic and quiet..and on the roof top you have a wonderfull seaview and also you can watch the sunset. The villa was perfect clean and luxury, we will come back :)

Luxury Villa Subventus was a dream to stay at. The villa is located in the cute village of Bajcici. It was easy to get all over the island from this location to the other villages with in 20 mins. Filip is an excellent host, he wants you to enjoy yourself in his home. The wellness center was exactly what I needed. From the WC I could see my kids playing in the pool. Brilliant views from all directions on the roof top. From the kitchen window you can see the sea in the distance. We are so glad we were able to stay at such a relaxing home while on our vacation. We will be returning.
